Venues
We have OUR OWN SPECIALLY MADE LEAFLET DISPLAY STANDS IN MANY VENUES (see photo above) in bookshops, libraries, adult education centres, colleges, community centres, art centres etc. The total number of venues on our books at  the moment is approximately 1800 but obviously each item will be placed  selectively, i.e. a large job of say 10,000 leaflets would amount to appx 400 venue visits.. We are happy to give you some appropriate venue detail addresses or a statistical breakdown of targeted geographical or types of venues but our total venue address list is obviously not available for security reasons, though most Londoners are aware of our presence in many high profile or local venues. These venues are maintained and restocked by our own distributors' personal visits, some more often than others, depending on how busy the venue is..

Runs (London Wide or Local Area targeting)
As a rule 1000 leaflets covers approx 40 venue visits (depending on their bulk or content), so 2000 will cover approx 80 venue visits and so on. The prices quoted below are for exposure in the venue stands for 8 weeks. After that time any leaflets left over & still current are circulated to other general access outlets, where there is room & they are appropriate.

Timing
Our Cental & Greater London routes are ongoing and take approximately 60 working days to cover the whole of London.(this excludes Christmas & Easter holidays & also many venues are closed over the high Summer holiday period.) During each month we also cover our 'hot spots' runs, i.e. selected busiest venues, mostly in Central London.

IMPORTANT: FORWARD PLANNING Our stands can get very full some months so you need to plan ahead well. If you are advertising a specific event (i.e. dated) we recommend you let us have your literature for Greater London at least 12 weeks before the event advertised.
EMERGENCY LEAFLETS ( i.e. with an imminent dated event )
We would normally only take up to 2000 items; at least 4 weeks in advance of an event is advisable, but the best possible coverage will be given depending on the amount of time and of items available.

Distribution Prices
Standard leaflet rate DL (i.e. A4 folded twice) and A5 leaflets - both up to 80gsm paper weight is £65 per 1000. Please note: WE HAVE MORE CAPACITY TO DISPLAY A ' DL' FORMAT LEAFLET, SO IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE, WE WOULD RECOMMEND THAT FORMAT. Every time you use the service for any one single run there is an administration fee of £45 so therefore the standard rate is as below:
First 1000 leaflets = £110,
2000 = £175, 3000 = £240 etc

Individual stand display (see photo) add 20%. Non-standard size or weight material - prices on request.

Posters £35 for 50 (max A3)
Local Express Delivery £75 per 1000 leaflets up to A4 100 gsm (larger sizes please enquire)

Payment
Payment is normally by cheque & payable to " London Community Network " Your cheque should be placed IN AN ENVELOPE INSIDE YOUR BOX OF LEAFLETS or it may be sent to our office address (supplied on request) if you need to send payment separately. You may use "BACS" transfer by phone from your bank or credit-card account to our bank account ; details of our account for Bacs transfers will be supplied on request. N.B.: Make sure you have filled in the MEMBERSHIP FORM - you only need to do this once when you first use our service . Your activities must comply with our organisation's charitable remit, ie Arts , Education & Community events & services. DISTRIBUTION COMMENCES ON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.
